I used to be able to quickly create, edit and make shortcuts for effects in the Favorites menu. It was all in one place.
Now there are only options to Start/Stop recording and delete.
Maybe I'm blind but I cannot for the life of me find an edit option.
It appears I now have to start recording, go to the effects menu, open an effect, make changes, apply, go back to the favorites menu, stop recording. Then go to yet another menu (Edit>Keyboard shortcuts..), find the favorites list and finally make custom shortcuts for them.
And if I want to make any changes to something from the list I have to delete it completely and start over. That's about 15 times the amount of work and time it used to take to do what used to be an extremely simple and quick task.
Did Adobe really decide to make it that much more inconvenient to setup favorites or am I missing something? I am still learning the newer software after all.
I can still get things done a million times faster in Cool Edit Pro but it's old and seems to run a little more unstable as Windows advances.
