Creating Bumper Music for Podcasts with Audition
on Nov 9, 2011 at 11:04:23 pm

I switched to the Adobe Platform recently. I had used Sony Vegas a long time ago, and there was an option to drop music bits into a time line, and drag the end of the music to match the video sequence, and the music would stretch to match the clip and configure itself to sound right.

I saw a video tutorial for this using SoundBooth, but in the CS 5.5 Master Suite, I have Audition 5.5, and it has switched to loops.

It appears I can adjust the length of any clip I bring over from the Resources Tab, but they are just the instruments (in the loops tab) and I have to create my own 'score'.

Is there a fast and easy way to get some bumpers I can change the length of depending on my needs? (So far I have edited and chopped up some sound clips from Digital Juice, but it sounds a slight bit hacked...)

An suggestions GREATLY appreciated.

Mark
