Is there a way to remove the thump noise which is made when recorder is moved on a voice track?

You could mess with EQ or Noise Gate to minimize. Is the thump combined with necessary audio or is it somewhat isolated. If so, you might be able to use the Noise Reduction filter and capture the profile of the thump to remove it. Or, and this is a long-shot, if you could accurately reproduce the thump, you might be able to capture a noise profile from it and save the profile, than apply it to your track.
Just some thoughts...

Read up on Frequncy Space Editing in the help file. Depending on the context, you could also try the 'fill single click' function.

Ok, I know it's a LITTLE late to reply to this thread, but I can't recommend the Adobe Audition Sound Removal tool highly enough... It's gotten rid of all my thumps and bumps beautifully.

Here's a quick tutorial
