What I am trying to do is have a form where the client can select
an item, then enter the number of items, then color.

What I need for it to do is calculate the total price.

When the client has finished and hits submit an email is generated.
I am using Flash. I can generate a submit and then send to email.

I am struggling with a create way to generate the form.

The question is would it be possible to build the form in Excel
and use it in Flash. While researching I saw where you can insert a from in Dreaweaver, but am struggling on how to tie Dreaweaver html to flash, I know how to publish html from Flash.

Thank you in advance for any help given.

You can expor from Excell to HTML, but it will not have the functionality you need.

For that, you need to create an HTML form and process the data using some programming.

I hope this helps

Thank you for taking the time to respond.

I played around with Excel and was able to calculate. The overall look was well......awful.

What if I was able to write a simple program in virtual basic, is there a way to import?

Thank you again for taking the time.

If this form is within html, which it sounds like it is, you can utilize an html form, format it with css, utilize a javascript event handler to calculate the price and use php to process the form. A couple of simple scripts and a little html and css coding could take care of all of that.
