Your CSS defines if it's horizontal or vertical. And in your site you have an horizontal CSS for your menu.

This is supposed to be a horizontal spry navigation bar with vertical submenus... I built the site with Dreamweaver CS3 and it works everywhere it's been rested except on Internet Explorer. What have I done wrong? (I'm a graphics guy venturing out into code)
