Any suggestions on how to setup a content management system for a 6 page website? Client is a charity so can't afford high development cost.

I suggest Zimplit CMS (zimplit.org). It´s just one file and you can set up your site in seconds. Also you can use any free html/css template

RuubikCMS is targeted for lightweight and small sites and it only requires PHP 5.1 (no external database as it uses SQLite). It's open source and can be downloaded from:

http://www.ruubikcms.com/

There is also a live demo available.

Thanks for your great suggestions.
I recently put together a Joomla site for a commercial client. Great cms but the setup can be tricky.
