HAHA, YES when i mean "That can convert a file that is very limited" i mean a file that can be open by only one program. The file type is identified as the program file i am using to write the script. The program is DRakkon Script creator. So FILE says (file name.ds)===ds stands for drakkon script creator. The script consist just of simple text and writing. I was wondering if there is a downloadable converter that can convert a file into a simple file that can be openned up on microsoft word.

hello...

if it's just plain text, you should be able to copy/paste text out of it and into word, yes? that's about all i can suggest though - i don't know of any converter...i assume you googled for such a thing already?

hello...

if it's just plain text, try changing the extension to .txt and opening it in notepad or wordpad...

hello...

[Whiteviper1] "How can i change it to a txt. file"

you're not changing it per se - you're just changing the extension so that when you double click on it, windows will see the .txt and open it as plain text - if it was a plain text file already, notepad will display it as text and you can copy/paste - although word can open plain text files as well.

you can also just force word to open it without changing the extension - if you see the text in word then you're good to go...

You can convert DSS Pro files (.ds2) and DSS Classic files (.dss) to Wave files (.wav) with DSS File Converter . The software is $19 but comes with at free 30 day trial. It is sold by PCDictate.com a great place to purchase USB foot pedals and other transcription equipment.
