This sounds like an installation issue - you might want to uninstall and then reinstall the Avid FX software. If after doing so you still do not see the BCC filters then you should place a call into our support group and one of our wonderful and highly knowledgable support gurus will be happy to assist. I need to uninstall Avid FX 6.0.3 in order to download the latest version but for some reason I get error 1316 C/Windows/Installer/RED5Win64.msi.
I uninstall then I get the error the it roll back.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated and could end with many cold beers down the pub.
