Since I have not received any response to two prior e-mails to customer service at Boris, I will ask the question here.
To what Boris address should I send an inquiry regarding reactivating a BCC product?
My hard system drive crashed and I reinstalled everything, including BCC 7. BCC indicates that I must activate it, but the activation site says that I have "0 activations remaining." Having bought BCC 7 less than a year ago, I'm sure that there must be a way for me to activate it. So, I e-mailed customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org) last Wednesday. After hearing nothing, I filled out a form on the borisfx.com site on Friday.
Having still heard nothing, I'm wondering what the magic word is to get a response, never mind a timely one, from Boris customer service.
