What causes some green screen bleed through. More lights were added to the green screen. I didn't have this problem before.

If more lights were added this could cause more green spill onto the subject. Try having the subject move further away from the screen or turn down the intensity of the lights.

Usually it's that the lights are too bright. Using a light meter, your background should be as bright as your foreground subject.

You're looking for (in post) a spill suppression. Then go smack the person who added lights without consulting post.
