I bought Continuum Complete 5 a couple of months ago and it's been cool. Now, my desktop computer was messed up really bad and I had to install everything again and went with Windows XP instead of Vista. So the product ID changed and I have sent a couple of emails to the Boris support for a new unlock code but they just won't answer me.
What's going on?

I do not see us getting any e-mails from you. Make sure you do not have any attachments and try again(firstname.lastname@example.org), or try filling our support form online(http://www.borisfx.com/support/form.php).
