I had to reinstall Boris Red due to upgrading a hard drive. Now it acts like a demo version and it won't accept my serial number. I submitted a support request and haven't heard anything. How do I get this software running again? Thanks very much.

You need to call support or sales, as they have your registration information and are the only once who can help you with this problem. Try calling instead of sending an email if you don't get a response within 24 hours of your email request.
