Motion tracking in Vegas 7 using Boris Fx

Hello, I need help using Boris FX motion tracking with Sony Vegas.
I've installed the trial version of Boris FX 9.2 to use with Sony Vegas 7.
In Boris Plugin GUI window, the clip linked thru Vegas does not animate in the preview window and the clip name doesn't appear in Boris media library.
I tried adding in a video clip using the Add Movie Media button and it animated in the preview monitor without any problem.
Am I doing something wrong? Why doesn't the clip linked via Vegas animate in the preview monitor of Boris?

Unfortunately the Vegas host does not pass alternate video frames to the Boris product so there is no way for you to use the Motion Tracking feature within the Vegas host timeline.
One alternative is to export the portion of the clip that you want to use for tracking, then use Boris RED in standalone mode to perform the tracking function, apply the effect and then render out a video clip. The rendered video can then be reimported back into Vegas.
