Adding FX as a filter in FCP
on Jun 23, 2006 at 5:51:52 pm

When I apply FX to a clip in Final Cut and launch the Boris interface, there is nothing in the timeline. Shouldn't the clip I applied it to appear? I looked in preferences and the open empty timeline box was unchecked.

hello,

you may have to add the clip to the image well for the filter within the fcp interface - i've seen this before in fcp. or you might just want to add a new track in the FX interface (command + K) to see if that does the trick.

i hope this helps

peter.
