I have a 2 camera video shoot coming up and I am trying to to figure out how to monitor what is being shot wireless. I have called around and have been advised on some units however I am not sold on a solution and wanted to ask the forum and see if anyone had any suggestions? The shooters will be roaming with in a parking lot, so the transmitters need to be battery powered and the receivers can be AC adapters. I only need this to check framing and content during the shoot. No audio just video. Thanks for any ideas!

I shoot steadicam, and i've been looking at some video assist units for a while. this one looked like a good compromise between dime store electronics and transvideo or similar, but i don't know about the quality, since i've never field tested it.

there are much less expensive units, like they use in RC equipment, for under $100, with some pretty decent distance. i'd like something a little more sturdy, however.

best of success to you!
