Not getting all response emails again

So, it seems I am not getting all response emails again, similar to what happened here:

https://forums.creativecow.net/thread/1/859940

I updated that thread a few days ago, and here's a recent response I did not receive:

Hello Jeremy,

Thank you for the feedback. We recently changed the public IP addresses of our mail servers and some email providers may take time recognizing our mail servers and the volume of mail we send. We are doing all we can to get the mail to you. Hopefully Gmail and other service providers will allow us to communicate with our audience by delivering our mail from our new IP addresses. Please push the "Not Spam" button if you see the email in the spam, and add bessie@creativecow.net to your contacts. If you believe you missed something or are not sure what forum post messages may have been sent, you can view the "Messages" section within your https://my.creativecow.net/ page.
Hope this helps!

Abraham

Thanks, Abraham.

Would it take 15 days to update the servers?

I'm not sure what you mean by 15 days to update the servers... The servers are stable and operating normally. There's no need to update them except for normal system updating.

The issue is between our system and Gmail or other mail service providers. Outside of utilizing best practices, the secret sauce to get into Gmail inboxes and the email inboxes of other service providers in not disclosed publicly. These providers hold their filtering rules close to their chest. However, IP address reputation is very important, and a factor which is known to be important. The IP address of our mail server is the single biggest change I can point to as a possible cause within the last month.

If you are referring to the period of time needed to rebuild the reputation of our mail server's IP address, this is unknown and may differ from service provider to service provider. Ultimately, the main thing we can control to get our emails to you is to adhere to email best practices and to not be emailing things people regard as spam. We hope to do this and be able to have our email delivered 100% of the time to peoples inboxes.

Hope this helps!

Abraham

Thanks.

So it's possible it could filter one message out of a thread of many? I get responses to other messages in the threads, just not every message.

I don't know if this means anything to you, but I haven't received any of Walter Soyka's responses in this thread:

Hello Jeremy,

The behavior seems rather inconsistent and somewhat erratic. Some emails are delivered quickly, while others seem to disappear within the Gmail delivery system. The feedback is helpful, but there doesn't seem to be any clear sign we can do anything about it, as Gmail is telling our mail servers everything is find and mail delivery is successful, even when Gmail sends mail into the ether...

Abraham
