My account, Mike@capehq.com was de-activated for spam which was not spam. I was responding to applicants for a job posting I had listed, and I was writing to all the applicants to let them now that we are still in the process of reviewing applications and to send any additional credentials they may have not sent. The message I sent to each of the applicants was the same because it needed to be the same, but the site obviously read it as spam, and now my account is de-activated. Is there a way one of you can re-activate it? This is extremely urgent! I need to have these people hired before the end of the weekend and I can no longer communicate with them! Thank you for your help with this urgent matter!
Also, I'm not sure if creating a second account violates your terms of service, but I had no other option, because I need to make this post. If the issue is resolved I will delete this secondary account.
