I've set a poster frame for the last two videos that I've posted in the "Videos - Reels" section of the COW.

http://reels.creativecow.net/film/color-grading-reel

However, they show a different poster frame in the thumbnail of the video. So for the Color Grading Reel is has a girl for the poster frame and some split screen thing for the thumbnail. Did I do something wrong. Any way to fix that so they are the same?

Hello Stephen,

When I looked into this the Color Grading Reel poster frame was updated correctly when you changed it. You probably still need to shift refresh in your browser since your browser is storing the old image in cache. The other Henry Walker Homes picon did have a problem which I just fixed, shift refreshing should show this update.

Have a great day!

Abraham

Yes it was on my end. Thanks for the help. Will you ever add an option where you can upload your own still? The 2.35 aspect ratio puts so much black on the top and bottom of the thumbnail it would be nice to submit a clip zoomed in so there is no black on the top and bottom of the thumbnail.

Yes, I'm sure uploading of your own picon will be added in the future.

Hello Stephen,

You should be able to upload poster frame images and the square thumbnail picon images for your videos now. These controls are found under the "Set Poster Frame" button on your videos.

Have a great day!
