You really shouldn't have any worry, and should be able to overcrank and shoot at any framerate. Incandescent blubs (tungsten, halogen, etc.) really do not flicker, so it shouldn't be a concern. They are continuous light sources... they work because the filament inside gets hot enough to also emit light...
