I'm sorry I never know about DVD-Architect.
But I think it will have a feature where it gives you the option after each chapter finish, it goes to "where".
Maybe you can try to find if Architect has "end action" on each chapter button you provided. You need to make button first on each chapter. Then put the "end action" of each chapter button link to whatever menu you want to display.

Those steps above I did it in DVD-Maestro.
