Way to import block text into Premiere Pro captioning?
on Mar 26, 2018 at 2:12:37 pm

Hi there,

I've got a transcript of a film in Microsoft Word that I'm looking to use to create subtitles for the film inside Premiere Pro.

Is there a way I can import the entirety of the text into the captioning system and then break it up line-by-line once it's inside? At the moment, I'm having to copy and paste a line in, then press the '+' icon, then copy and paste the next line in, and so on and so on... It's pretty arduous work!

It would be great if there was a system whereby I could get all the text into Premiere, then separate lines as I saw fit.

Thanks,

Dale
