Imported .PNG's look like crap when placed in timeline
on Aug 17, 2018 at 10:58:25 pm

I've finally started work on another greenscreen comedy. This is the first one I'm doing in Resolve, all the previous ones were done in Premiere Pro. When I import an image, jpg, png, whatever it looks fine, but when I place it into the timeline it gets all oversaturated and weird looking. You'll an example of what I'm talking about below. What am I doing wrong? Is there a specific way of doing this that I'm missing? All I'm doing is dragging the image to a pre-existing timeline set to 3840 x 2160. Also, I'm slightly tweaking the image in photoshop to conform to those specs. Here is the original and the way it looks once in the timeline:

Dell XPS 8920
Intel i7 core 7700 build
GeForce GTX 1050ti
32 Gigs of RAM
3 7200 RPM SATA Drives
Windows 10 64-bit
DaVinci Resolve 14.3
