You don't want toWorld(), you want fromWorld(). Give this a spin:

t1 = key(1).time;
t2 = key(2).time;
v1 = 1413;
v2 = linear(effect("Slider Control")("Slider"),100,0,1413,885);
x = 0;
y = ease(time,t1,t2,v1,v2);
(fromWorld([x,y]) + thisLayer.position)[1]
