Reshooting is a much better idea than this, but here's what I might do if there was no reshoot option.
If the camera move is such that you can resolve a 3D camera track, you will see the motion of the camera when you create one. Then, if you compare the position of the camera to a linear interpolation between the start and end point, you will get a representation of how the motion differs. As to exactly how to proceed from there will take some thought, but it will likely involve pixel motion frame blending to create the final frames, since they will not fall on footage frames.
