Morphing Plug In?
Morphing Plug In?

I have 6 different room designs that I would like to have each morph into the next one. They are all the same size. Is there a FCP X plugin that allows us to morph one image into the next?

Well you could try the built-in Flow transition or this:

Thanks Noah, I'm not trying to just smooth jump cuts of a talking head, I'm trying to morph from one room to another. Sort of like the old Michael Jackson Black and White video. So it looks like an obvious morph. Is there a plug in transition that allows us to do this?

That's something better done outside of X- do you want to morph between still images or moving video? The former is a lot more straightforward as the latter can require more complex 3D animation. For stills-

If you're willing to look outside of FCPX, RE:Flex from RE:Vision Effects is one of my favorites. It's currently available for After Effects and for Fusion Studio:

Morphing between still images is what I'm hoping to do within FCPX.
