10 mm lens without IS

I'm looking to buy a wide angle lens for my Canon T2i. I'm pretty sure I want something like the Canon 10mm-22mm or the Sigma 10mm-20mm 3.5 or 4-5.6. I'm wondering, though, since these lenses don't have IS, will they provide shaky video footage when handheld. I have a very steady hand, but all video cameras I've used have either optical stabilization or sony style stabilization.
I figure with such a wide angle, it may not be as noticeable if its a bit jumpy. But I can't seem to find a wide angle lens that has IS.

Wide Angles can help with the shakey cam, but still you want to get even a affordable stabilizer.
RedRock Micro has some cheaper rigs for handheld shooting, and you can build them up.
DSLR camera are small and with the larger image sensors you can knock things in and out of focus.
A steady hand on a video camera is not the same as a DSLR.
Take a look some start at $400, worth it for not as much camera shake.
