Mavericks got its first official update a couple days ago. Anyone using it yet?

I rolled back yesterday beacuse Smoke and Resolve both ran like a bag of sand.
Back on Mountain Lion I have perfect performance again.
No idea what it was, but it was not fun working with.

Hope they fix it until my Tin Can arrives.

I had the same experience Sasha had with 10.9.0. Haven't tried the updated version, but got 22fps in resolve. I'm wondering if its because I'm using a Titan card. Or because I'm in a single gfx card setup.
Andrew, mind sharing your setup?

If so hardware setup used?

I think we have a kickass system.
Latest 12 Core with 3 GTX 690 in a Cubix, disk speed close to 900 mbs.

The problem was there from the start , with or without Decklink drivers , in Media Player, FCP, Smoke, Resolve even YouTube.

Media Desktop drivers up to 9.9.3 brought back a little performance, but there still is a huge problem persisting.
I could circumvent it be using DPX and separated audio files, but muxed media is still a no go.
Anyway...I tried long enough now and I need to go back to client work, so the roll back was inevitable.

Now I am back to full performance...ML FTW !

I just upgraded to latest Mavericks and Resolve and my advice is DON’T DO IT!
Performance loss again, like when upgrading from v8 to v9. Im getting tired of this, v8 is the only version that was working flawless for us. We changed few machines in the meantime and few graphic cards so that is surely not the issue. Project that was working fine yesterday in v9 is now playing at 22-23fps instead of 25.
My current setup is Mac Pro mid 2012, 48gb ram, gtx 680, decklink hd extreme 3d+ with latest drivers

New nvidia driver is out. Does that change anything? I'm sitting on a mavericks partition and a titan that I haven't touched. Anyone getting proper cuda performance out of 10.9 yet?
