Camera tracker points to puppet pins?

I've noticed that the camera tracker does a surprisingly good job at pinning points to people as they move even though that's not what it's for.
I want to be able to stick a texture to a moving person. While using mocha via this process
is really smart and cool for kinda simple stuff where 16 points are enough, I'd love an easy way to take the 50-100 points that AE has awesomely stuck to my person and turn those into puppet pins. I see that you can select points and turn them into nulls, but then I'm assuming I'd have to make 50-100 pins manually and expression map them.
I feel like adobe is sooo close to making an awesome texture tracker if they just had a button that converted trackpoints to puppet pins. Does anyone have any ideas on how to coax or hack AE into doing this work for me? Not apposed to scripts.

Hey Alex, thats a nice idea to think about. However, without a script doing the heavy lifting automatically, I don't see other alternative than achieving this all manually.
