Specific frames are messed up after Render!

Hey guys!



So I did render a specific HUD I've made, and this is a frame which my HUD is suppose to look like:


But 1 Frame before the frame of the image above, look what happens FOR JUST A SINGLE FRAME


As you see the RED layer in the outside has been duplicated for a single frame, and it is white!

Any idea what can be causing this?

I am using Camera with DOF, Motion Blur is on, all layers are precomposed and all of them inside and the comps are 3D

I rendered it using AfterCodecs .mov, ProRest LT

Took 40 minutes, and have this 'artifact' anyway to know what caused this and how to prevent this happening in the future?

Sometimes no matter you do, you get glitches. You can try clearing the image cache and see if that helps, but you could spend more time chasing the glitch and re-rendering than it’s worth.

Try rendering out the image sequence and if it comes to it, saving the individual frame from the comp and use that single frame to replace the glitch. This might actually reveal the problem or let you just skip past it.

I think rendering an image sequence is your best bet too. Or just try rendering a still frame of that one bad frame and see if you get the issue still. Maybe you can just duplicate the frame before it to cover the glitch if it's just that one frame.
