Right-clicking not working. Inner AEX dropdown menus not working.

Hello, I'm freelancing at a facility and I've downloaded the new latest Adobe CC version of After Effects and Premiere.
I've noticed that I'm unable to change a dropdown item on a layer in the timeline to adjust any parameters of an effect. Nothing happens. These are the items that are under the Switches column on the timeline. When hovering my mouse over these parameters, it changes to a finger with two little triangles to the left and right of the finger. No amount of shift clicking fixes it.
I am also unable to RIGHT-CLICK or CONTROL CLICK anything.
I'm at a standstill with After Effects. I've tried restarting, I've tried switching mice. Nothing's working.
MAC OS High Sierra 10.13
After Effects 15.0.0
I have no such issue on Premiere.
Can anyone help?

OK guys, never mind.
It is a software error with this particular mac version regarding using After Effects on two monitors. Those issues are on the secondary monitor only. If I move the window (in this case my timeline) to the primary monitor, the issues go away.
Adobe is working on the fix for this.
