Maintaining Shape layer strokes when scaling
Maintaining Shape layer strokes when scaling

Hi there,

Is there any way of maintaining consistent strokes on a shape layer when scaling independently on the X and Y axis?

Hope that made sense?

I have unlocked the chain icon on the scale property as I want to change proportions to the shape but I want the stroke to remain the same thickness all around the object?

Thanks in advance

Scott

you should change the size and not the scale. this one is a good tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VGHEgm-x8YM

Wouldn't putting the shape-stroke after the shape-transform (below) help?

you can't in the same group but you can create a group from the path, and then it can work.
