After Effects Error Missing data in file 33 :: 4

CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME? I WAS EDITING A PROJECT ON AE9 (IM 32BIT) WHEN I DECIDED TO MOVE FILES TO A FOLDER "WHILE AE WAS OPEN" THEN SOMETHING POPPED UP ON AE (FORGOT WHAT IT WAS) BUT I MOVED THE FILES BACK...AND THEN MINUTES LATER AE CRASHED THEN I OPENED MY SAVED FILE CAUSE I SAVE EVERYTIME ..AND THEN IT SAYS "After Effects Error Missing data in file 33 :: 4"
PLSSSS HELPPPPP I SPENT ALMOST 3 DAYS ON THAT PROJECT (I BARELY SLEPT)
MY DEADLINE WAS ON AUG 25..BUT THANK god MY TEACHER IS SOOO PATIENT AND HAS BEEN WAITING FOR IT

You get that error opening the project file? It sounds like your AEP is corrupt. Hopefully you have an auto-save that you can try opening, or a Time Machine or Dropbox backup that you can restore. You might also try importing the damaged AEP into a new project instead of opening it, but that may fail, too.
