Weird question for HMC150 owners

Hi there, I'm new to this forum so maybe this isn't the right place to ask this but I would appreciate any input you may have on the matter.
I was asked how many files, as in the number of mov files (or whatever extension resulting from it's MPEG4/H.264 encoding) and other accompanying files would I find in a full 32 GB SDHC Class 4 memory card (which sounded insufficient to me in order to record full HD but is recommended in the camera's brochure) used to record 1080p 30 fps video at 20 Mb/s by a Panasonic HMC150.
The question seemed odd but then I remember that whenever I imported footage from my old T2i I would not only have the, say, five .MOV files but also five .THM files along. Is this the case with the HMC150? Or perhaps either the camera or the memory card have a file size limit and I could not have a single 30 GB recording but, instead, five 6 GB files?
Looking forward to hear your input :)
