i can match frame a sequence clip back to the master clip,
and i can reveal it in a finder window, but is it possible to
match back to the sequence i took the clip from?

or is this something you can only do on an AVID ?

"F" is the keyboard command to match frame...load the clip into the Viewer. And then to match to it in a bin, you press SHIFT-F.

To find it in the finder...right click on the clip in the timeline and select REVEAL IN FINDER.
