I'm new here, so please pardon me if I just haven't found this subject somewhere else on the forums. I've been working with footage shot by a series of different individuals, some of whom didn't shoot in 30fps, like they were supposed to. Or even worse, inconsistently in both. I need to convert and then import both frame rates, and edit them together, but after sending the footage through AE Encoder, I'm finding a lot of audio out of sync. Any recommendations for time saving ways to avoid having to manually re-sync by clicking and draggin each clip's audio tracks?
Can I convert everything to 60fps, edit it like that, then drop the complete video down to 30fps and re-sync just one track?
It shouldn't be any sync problem.
I don't know if the problem may be in in AE setting, I never manage audio in AE.
Do you really need to make the conversion with this application?
You need just to drop 50% of your pictures.
That can be done even with QT Player, faster and you won't make any color-space conversion.
