Export Project on Computer Monitor not for SD Television

originally, the project i am exporting was to be viewed as SD on a television, but would like to export for viewing on a computer monitor instead. it is a project from Final Cut Pro 6 that has DV (Panasonic DVX-100B 24), Hi Def (Panasonic HVX-200 24p 720p) and Super 16mm (24fps) and would like the best codec to export from Final Cut Pro 6 to be viewed on a computer monitor without interlacing lines and other artifacts. I have used the interlacing filter in Final Cut Pro - but it brings down the image quality quite a bit.
Thank you for your Help!

Using a deinterlace filter cuts resolution by 50%, so don't do that...

And, are you aware that scaling down any interlaced video by 50% or more gets rid of the interlace? Well, it does... So, use Compressor to create an h.264 for the Web at 50% of current size and you're good to go...

Great. I'll try that.
