saving projects in fcp
on Feb 18, 2011 at 4:12:21 pm

I recently created a logo sequence in FCP that included a clip made with Motion, when i recently opened the file i saw that i had mutiple versions of the sequence, like 10 versons all with the same name but different dates....which one the good one?! I opened them and most were offline, i scrapped the whole thing and want to start again.....where am i going wrong in the saving process?

[regan moran] "where am i going wrong in the saving process?"

If you tell us precisely how you saved before we just might be able to help you. Without that info there's no way we can help you. Please help us to help you...

BTW, lots of users are having problems round-tripping to FCP with Motion. Exporting a QT from Motion will save you from discovering empty projects when you reopen them later.
