Color Grading Continuity
on Feb 10, 2011 at 9:55:44 pm

Hello everyone-

I am making a short but fast paced promo video for a local church. I intend to give it the grungy, desaturated look that is in huge demand recently.

My question is this:

This video consists of about 30 clips that are 2 seconds in length. What would be the best way to grade all these clips and keep them looking consistant?

Would it be best 1) to grade the original clips and edit from the graded version or 2) to get a rough cut and then color grade the rough cut?

thanks!

Edit first, then grade.
