Transition with a bounce

I have used keyframing to accomplish this but I have a project that has a LOT of it. By "it" I mean having an object "pop" into the screen either by a wipe, push or zoom and have a natural bounce at the end. The current project I am doing has text boxes pop in similar to the old VH1 Pop-up Video show, like this one:

Has anyone see a transition that does this for you? I did some searching but "transition with bounce" brings up strange things.

Cheers,

You may want to consider building it in Motion and then turn it into a template so you just swap out the text in FCP.

Here is a link to a video tutorial on creating custom motion templates.

Thanks Stephen! I had no idea, that may open up some pretty cool doors of possibility!

Merry Christmas!
