How can I make a Jpeg out of a Freeze Frame. Thank You.

You need to have PhotoShop or some other app that can save stills to other formats. There must be freebies on the Web I would think.

Double click the freeze frame to load it in the Viewer window, then choose File > Export > Using Quicktime Conversion... and select Format : Still Image, press the Options button and choose JPEG then click OK, then Save.

Andy's right on. After you do that, youay need something like Photoshop to fix it up a bit and de-interlace it.

I don't know why, but I was thinking this was being done outside of FCP?
