Good effect to go over shaky video?

What's a good effect to apply to a shaky handheld scene? The scene is supposed to represent first person perspective of someone running down a street. I know I could use motion stabilizer to make it less annoying, but is there an effect that would make make it seem more artistic without trying to clean it up? thanks!

BTW: This is for a music video, I was thinking some kind of distortion?

How about the Trails effect? That should work really well on shaky footage.

For POV shot, it's common to exaggerate a wide angle, so a little fish eye effect could help.

You're welcome. Glad that worked for you at least in one spot.
