I'm fairly familiar with ingesting video, thanks to Shane Ross mostly, but I'm confused about the audio track's panning as below:
Two sources for my project: Sony PJ-790V (ACVHD) and iPHONE 6+.
No issues with the PJ-790 (again, thanks Shane).
In FCP 7, I've ingested (log and transfer) my AVCHD using Prores 422. My sequence is set up as so.
However, when I import video captured with my iPHONE 6+, there is a single 'mono' audio track, with a PAN of 0 (centered?)
What do I need to be doing here? Do I copy A and make a B audio track, then alter the panning to simulate 'stereo'?
