Interesting FCP7 glitch. Resolved but would love to know cause.

Hey all,

Prepared multiple timelines for series episodes to create .mxfs for digital delivery to various stations. When testing the .mxfs in mxf4mac player, noticed the 4 audio channels were peaking.

When I checked my timeline it was indeed peaking there too, should have copped it before creating, I know, I know.

Anyways, checked all relative settings, nothing amiss. Duplicated timeline, same issue. Copied all sequence, created a new sequence with EXACT same timeline settings, pasted in content, issue resolved.

While it's great nothing went across and issue is resolved, I can't for the life of me figure out what caused it.

Any ideas?

Ta very much

" EXACT same timeline settings"

are you sure?
have a look in the audio outputs pane of your timelines' settings.
or open the audio mix tool, check the master levels of the timelines
