Hello all,
I have Apple Pro Res 422 footage in my timeline (FCP 7), footage that was shot C300. I'm editing online with the ProRes 422
Some shots will be worked on in some other programs for some compositing etc.
I'm going to export those shots but before I do so I want to make sure that I bring the overexposed areas from 110 percent white to at 100 white so that I don't lose the details in the highlights in the workflow.
My questions is, in FCP what is the best way to do that ? Should I use the 3 way color corrector and bring down the highlights while looking at the RGB Parade video scope ?
Thank you !
