Importing MP4 from JVC GY-HM750 into FCP

I'm having a heck of a time figuring this out.

The settings on my JVC Camera got changed. I was probably messing with them, and switched my recording from QuickTime to MP4 and this has caused a bit of a problem for me.

When I was recording in QuickTime it was no issue to Log and Transfer everything into FCP so that I could edit it. However now that I've recorded something in MP4 it will not recognize the folder wrappers at all, no matter how much I try.

It's currently wrapped like this.

Robotis->Private->JVC->BPAV->CLPR, CUEUP.XML, MEDIAPRO.XML, TAKR->From there, every clip is wrapped individually and contains:

059G1035_01.MP4
059G1035_01.SMI
059G1035_01|01.PPN
059G1035_01M01.XML
059G1035_01R01.BIM

I can't for the life of me figure out how to get any of these into finalcut. Nothing I've tried has worked. Is there any solution to this?

Um, reshoot and know that you'll never make that mistake again?

No need to re-shoot! - I had a cameraman give me a card recently from a JVC700 with .mp4 files. You just need to put all the .mp4 files into one folder then use IFFMpeg ($23) to batch convert to ProRes. You'll also need FFMpeg (free) installed.
