I am currently working on a small 13 minutes project and i have to take the original audio files right beneath the video file.
Since the editor has tinkered abit its a mess as usual and some of the audio channels has been deleted during the edit.
My previous workflow for this (on avid) has been to just matchframe the first frame and replacing the old files with the new (ofcourse after copying the master).
However on this project when i matchframe it seems as Final Cut makes a new subclip without the audio with the same name as the original subclip only with "new" at the end. The only workflow i can think of now is to finding the subclips in the bins, matchframing by EYE! then adding the audio.
