Why is my QuickTIme export of a nested sequence a different length than the timecode FCP is telling me?

'm working with several sequences, Apple ProRes 422, 23.98 timebase, and I've nested it into one sequence so I could get timecode for the entire film. I put the Timecode Reader on it and exported it, and the timecode doesn't match the time shown in QuickTime, in fact it shows in QT that it's five seconds longer. Am I doing something wrong?

The TC Reader shows the media Tc.
Try with the TC Generator filter.
