Ntf/Ntf-3g is a fashion of formatting hard drives. The one used by PCs.
Nothing related with video.

[Green Star] " after using 24p PAL"
24pPAL it doesn't exist.

As Rafael says

NTFS is a drive formatting standard and nothing to do with video specifically. PAL is 25 FPS not 24. So if you need your movie to be PAL spec it needs to be 25.

The 5D Mark records H264 files. Is possible that the CF cards are formatted as NTFS, but sounds very strange.

[Green Star] "24fps PAL in this format using any movie? possible or not possible.."
Again, 24fps PAL is a contradiction.

[Green Star] "30fps footage after using 24fps PAL "
This is even more contradictory:
- 30fps is one format.
- 24 fps is another format.
- PAL is another format.
There is no problem on working with 30fps, 24 fps or 25fps (PAL) footage, but 30fps-24-fps-PAL footage doesn't exist.
Please try to find out which kind of footage are you working with or at least, elaborate your question.
Is difficult to understand what are you asking.
