I have a short video of a PowerPoint Presentation by Desktop recording. It is recorded by QuickTime Player resulted in a size about 27MB. And I used Final Cut Pro 7 to edit it. But FCP 7 does not recognize the type of the video. So I used Stream Clip to convert it. But the file size got tripled (almost 90MB). And after editting and exporting from Final Cut Pro 7, the file size turns to be 2 GB. It is too large for a 5 minutes video and is not necessary for me.
I tried several exporting configurations in Final Cut Pro 7. Some of them I can get smaller size like (90MB). But the quality of the video turns to be much worse than the initial screen recorded one.
Is there any suggestions in Compression format, frame rate in both StreamClip and FinalCutPro to get about 27MB file size and same video quality which is initially recorded by QuickTime Player?
