Timelapse FC Settings

Hi,

I have about 10,000 high quality photos (shot with a DSLR) that I am going to edit into a timelapse video. Before I start I'd like to know the best settings on final cut for importing photos in order to make the clearest video (I've lost video quality in past videos). And then the best way to export it. I'd just be tossing it on Vimeo. Thanks.

Eric

If you are going to Vimeo, make a 1920x1080, square Pixels, Progressive, Prores sequence.
25 or 30 fps, up to you.

You need to set "Still Duration = 1 frame" in the preferences. You should also increase the "Still Cache".
Make your edit, and before exporting, set "Render in High Precision" and "Render Motion Effects: Best".
